PROJECT: Complete Office UpFit for Expansion of Operations

BACKGROUND:

Premiere Communications & Consulting recently transformed Amundi Pioneer’s new office space in Durham’s American Tobacco Campus. From installing low voltage cabling to designing comprehensive conference spaces, Premiere was able to give Amundi Pioneer a complete office upfit.

PROJECT:

Amundi Pioneer, a global asset management company recently expanded its operations in the American Tobacco Historic District in Durham, NC.  The upfit consisted of relocating offices from the second to third floor in the American Tobacco Campus Building. The office space overlooks the left field of the Durham Bulls Athletic Park and has executive/staff offices, open offices, meeting/conference spaces throughout the floor.

SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Premiere’s scope of work included the installation of trading areas, cubicle workstations, offices and conference rooms where our team implemented all low voltage cabling, wireless access points, wireless collaboration presentations, and displays.
  • The Scope of Work also encompassed installing a Cat6 copper structured cabling system throughout their space totaling 180 cables through duplex/triplex network outlets, 12 wireless access points that were installed utilizing Cat6A and 16 RG6 coax cables for the trading/conference areas.
  • Amundi Pioneer’s new space included 4 conference rooms and 3 huddle rooms. Each of these collaborative spaces needed to be fully-equipped with high-quality technology to support presentations, conferencing, web meetings, and more. Our team installed displays ranging from 55-90”, ceiling speakers, microphones, controllers, and video conferencing equipment for a complete, turn-key solution.
