It starts from the very beginning. We have the expertise to ask the right questions at the beginning of a project, to ensure the right solutions are deployed to meet your goals and to avoid potential pitfalls. You’ll find Premiere to be very responsive when you need us, and there is always follow-up to ensure that our installations are operating optimally. Our operational playbook is extensive, and is based on many years of experience implementing solutions in a wide array of environments.

Safety, Quality, and Stability

When it comes to the quality of our workmanship, our operating philosophy is this: “Quality is achieved when we have accomplished the task of exceeding our client’s expectations.”

It is not always an easy task to identify and understand client expectations but at the end of the day that is how we operate on every level. Although client expectations vary from project to project, Premiere has implemented basic internal guidelines as a benchmark for defining a minimum threshold, and then adapting to customer specific QC requests that are in addition to our inherent processes.

Here are examples of Quality measurement integrated into our normal business operational procedures:

  • All installations follow the BICSI TIA/EIA installation guidelines, and our technician training is based on these industry principles. We currently employ eight Registered Communications Distribution Designers as a commitment to this endeavor.
  • Continual training on network cabling standards and local building codes.
  • Formal background and drug screen processes for all new hires
  • Formal safety plan for all employees
  • Performance / Transmission testing provided with all structured cabling project closing packages
  • Formalized project closeout checklist (Warranty, CAD / As-Built Drawings, Punch-List Authorization)
  • Post-project online customer survey process
  • Random site visits by the executive management team to spot check field installation
